The typical schedule

1. 1

   Signature + 50% deposit

   Pivot date: the clock starts here. You receive a detailed projected schedule.

2. 2

   Weeks 1-4: factory production

   Production in China to your configuration (panels, unit, options). Quality control at the factory exit, photos sent to the customer.

3. 3

   Weeks 5-8: sea freight

   Loading at the Chinese port, transit to Le Havre or Fos-sur-Mer (4-5 weeks depending on the route). Container tracking available.

4. 4

   Week 9: customs clearance

   EU and UK import formalities: customs declaration, port unloading, safety and compliance checks. Handled by CGGK — UK orders are delivered duty paid (DDP), so import duties and clearance are taken care of for you.

5. 5

   Weeks 10-11: road delivery

   Specialist crane truck handles unloading. Five business days' notice before the date. Sited on your prepared slab or footings.

6. 6

   Week 12: commissioning

   R290 pre-charged models: start-up on your own following the guide. Uncharged models: partner Cat. I refrigeration engineer (2-5 days after delivery) for charging + start-up.

Site preparation — your checklist

• Concrete slab or footings: poured and cured for at least 28 days before delivery (full concrete curing)
• Crane-truck access: width ≥ 3.5 m, clear height ≥ 4.5 m, load-bearing ground
• Electrical connection: board ready, rating confirmed, 30 mA RCD
• Defrost water drainage: connection to the waste network or a sealed tank nearby
• Someone on site: one point of contact available on delivery day to take receipt + sign
• Refrigeration engineer contacted (if delivered uncharged): we coordinate, but you remain the final point of contact
