Business account — direct-importer ex-VAT pricing
ecofrost.eu is a B2B channel. All our prices are ex VAT and invoiced to business entities. Creating an account is not required to request a quote, but it makes your future enquiries easier and gives you access to your order history.
You are eligible if you hold one of these identifiers:
- UK company number or VAT registration number (Companies House / HMRC) for businesses in the United Kingdom
- Active French SIRET (company, farm, sole trader, association, professional practice)
- EU intra-community VAT number (Germany USt-IdNr, Italy Partita IVA, Spain NIF, other EU countries)
- Farm holding number (MSA for France, national equivalents for DE/IT/ES)

Our prices and terms are strictly B2B. Without a SIRET, EU or UK VAT number, we cannot invoice or deliver. If you have a project and are considering setting up a business (a small business, a registered holiday rental, a hunting association as a company), let's talk — it is often possible to set up a suitable structure within a few weeks at marginal cost.
Otherwise, we recommend mainstream specialist distributors and local resellers that sell VAT-inclusive to private buyers.
